Carrie Prejean's Sex Tape Forced Her To Drop Lawsuit
Carrie Prejean's sudden decision to settle her suit against the against pageant officials may have been prompted by an "extremely graphic" sex tape.
According to TMZ, the lawyer for pageant officials showed Prejean the sex tape, at which point the former Miss California agreed to settle.
The video the lawyer showed Carrie is extremely graphic and has never been released publicly. We know that, because TMZ obtained the video months ago but decided not to post it because it was so racy. Let's just say, Carrie has a promising solo career.
We're told it took about 15 seconds for Carrie to jettison her demand and essentially walk away with nothing.CNN reports that "a source with knowledge of the settlement talks told CNN those details were accurate."
Settlement details were not made public, but TMZ claims that Prejean walked away with nothing.
Prejean's Miss California contract was terminated in June for being "uncooperative" and refusing to meet her obligations. Prejean filed her lawsuit in August, claiming she was terminated for religious discrimination due to her now infamous stance on gay marriage.
